Summary: How do you define passion? For me, it’s simple. It’s the things I enjoy, the things I love, and the things that I want to do continuously. However, trying to figure out what those things are is not so simple.
Maybe you plan to start a new journey in your life right now, something you have always planned to do but never did before. You may also fail to achieve your goals in the past, and now you might ask if you can remain committed to the goal setting the goal this time. Don’t worry; you can achieve your goals with dedication and a little knowledge about what to pay attention to.
Below are five reasons why some people do not realize their purpose entirely. Beware and stay away from this trap
It’s time to let go of the fear and the unknown. Let those ideas become action. It is on you to make sure these ideas become more than ideas. You have to work to materialize them. Every second spent waiting is a second not spent working toward your goal.
These are the five basic best steps you can take to reach any goal you want in 90 days. Focusing on one goal and committing to taking a lot of action in 90 days will get you so much further than most people.
Positivity comes from within. Your mentality is the key. You can make the choice to be positive or to allow yourself to dwell on the negative.
Everyone is curious as to why they are alive. Everyone desires to have a happy life free from stress and worry. It’s interesting how few people consider the transience of life, i.e., that you could be here today and gone tomorrow when chasing happiness.
It’s common to believe that you should make yourself better for the outside world. However, the key is to make yourself better for you. This allows you to display the best version of yourself to the outside world. As you work on bettering yourself, avoid being overly critical and harsh on yourself. Imagine being asked “How was the Superbowl?”, hard to do right? Now imagine you get to go for free… I imagine the next thoughts are “Oh my goodness! I can’t even imagine! “The Call” in the CF world that’s what we refer to as that moment when a person who has been awaiting a transplant officially has lungs ready for them. I know many people who have gotten “the call” & it’s such a rush of emotions. It’s a situation where you never forget what you were doing when it happens
Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) is a big part of CF Life.
When people ask “what are your numbers” This is what they mean. This test FEV1 – simply put how fast & hard a person can inhale & exhale air in 1-second. This number can greatly vary among CFers. Generally speaking the lower this number is the less lung capacity a person is working with, and thus the more difficult it is to breathe. However, make no mistake this is only one tool among many. In some cases, it is not a true indicator of health which is the case in my situation.
